IBM SPSS Software – Predictive Analytics and Solutions

A software package used for statistical analysis, SPSS is available via a CUNY purchased license and provides us at the campus with certain packages/modules for use. You can find more general information on the software’s product page: http://www-01.ibm.com/software/analytics/spss/

The software is available to various individuals associated with college and would be installed on Baruch-owned workstations.  NOTE:  During the COVID-19 remote work period, we can allow the installation of SPSS to personally owned faculty, staff, and student devices.

• Faculty and Administrative staff interested in acquiring the software should put in a request by contacting the BCTC Help Desk. Faculty also have the option to contact their school technology coordinator for access to the software and documentation.
• Students who would like access have a variety of ways to access the software. The SPSS client software is also installed across the campus on classroom lectern computers, computers in the student computing labs and laptops loaned by the library.  Students are also authorized to install SPSS to their personal devices during remote instruction; please contact your faculty member or the Helpdesk for installation information.
