The BCTC Service Desk responds to problems with computer hardware and software, network, telephone, and media services.
Refer to the Service Desk Outages / Alerts page for updates on our services and technical issues.
The Weissman, and Zicklin schools each have a technical coordinator for Faculty and Staff technical issues specific to that school, such as PC support.
