The BCTC Help Desk responds to problems with computer hardware and software, network services, telephone service and media services. The Help Desk also provides support for CUNYfirst.

The Zicklin, Weissman, and Marxe schools, each have a technical coordinator for issues specific to that school, such as PC support. You can contact them here.
