M365 Email Transition Update
If you are experiencing problems accessing your email on your Baruch-issued device, please follow the instructions that explain how to remove and add your Outlook account in the following video.
As of Monday, May 16th at 10am, HrAssist and PrAssist systems are down for maintenance. Next update will provided by Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 3:00pm.
Baruch Mail Server issues
Update: We have identified an issue that is causing users to get prompted for passwords if they have added their M365 account and have additional resource accounts enabled. We have a potential solution that we are testing and hope to distribute to campus computer soon.
We’re seeing some reports of issues with slow performance of the email server, especially from mobile devices, and also some reports of the server requesting authentication. We are investigating and will provide updates.
Microsoft 365 Email Transition for Faculty and Staff
Switchover to M365 for all incoming baruch.cuny.edu faculty staff email will now be happening on May 3rd. Please visit the Microsoft 365 Email Transition FAQ for current information and documentation on how to enable your clients for M365 email.
