BCTC supports the pedagogical work of the faculty in collaboration with the College’s Center for Teaching and Learning and the school Technology Coordinators.  BCTC provides the technical support for such tools as Blackboard, Zoom, Kaltura, and academic software, as well as assistance with account configuration and use of email and the campus network.
