Help Desk services are intended to aid students in the use course-related software and College computing services such as CUNYfirst, Blackboard, Brightspace, and Office 365. The Help Desk cannot troubleshoot problems with personal computers, Internet Service Providers, or personal software.
The most common questions students have about technology are password usage and reset issues. Please review the types of accounts students have as well as which account is used for which service.

Hey Students,
It’s time to say bye-bye to Blackboard and hello to Brightspace! Starting in the Summer 2024 semester and onward, all courses will be taught on Brightspace instead of Blackboard. You will still have access to Blackboard for some time, but you will need to log in to Brightspace to participate in and submit classwork online.
