Set Up Multi-factor Authentication for Your CUNY Login
All students, faculty and staff are now required to respond to a CUNY Login Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) request when using your CUNY Login credentials to access applications like CUNYfirst, Brightspace, DegreeWorks, Zoom, and Dropbox.
If you have not already done so, please use the following instructions to set up CUNY Login MFA now so you are ready for its implementation:

If you experience problems setting up MFA due to an expired password that seems to be saved for your account, you can try clearing your browser’s cache to remove any stored data. Instructions for clearing your cache in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge can be found here.
