How to Access Qualtrics at Baruch Using CUNY Login

When logging into Qualtrics, you will now sign in with your CUNY Login and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Below are the detailed instructions for signing into Qualtrics with your CUNY Login.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the Baruch Qualtrics Login Page

• Go to the Baruch Qualtrics login link https://baruch.pdx1.qualtrics.com/login

Step 2: Sign In Using CUNY Login

1. Enter your CUNY Login credentials to log in via Single Sign-On.
   • You will be prompted to enter your multi-factor authentication (MFA) code
   • If you have not set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), follow the prompts to set up MFA.

Step 3: If You Do Not Have an Existing Account

1. If this is your first time accessing Qualtrics you will be asked if you already have an account. Select “I don’t have a Qualtrics account” and you will be directed to your survey control panel.
2. Click on “Create a new project” in the Welcome to XM section.

You are accessing an old Qualtrics account

• If you logged in and are seeing projects/surveys from an older account, please contact the BCTC  Service Desk and we will assist.

You have an existing Qualtrics account, however you prompted to create a new Qualtrics account

• If you logged in and were prompted to create a new account, please contact the BCTC Service Desk and we will assist with merging your old and new account.
