    Service Now

    ServiceNow is BCTC’s platform for IT service management, allowing you as students, faculty or staff to submit and track support requests and access a knowledge base for self-help. Please submit your technical support tickets and requests through the ServiceNow portal.

    Instructions on how to log into the ServiceNow portal and open a ticket can be found here.

    If you cannot access the portal, please contact our Service Desk at 646-312-1010 during our regular business hours. (Service Desk hours are posted here.)
