Service Alert [Resolved] CUNYfirst: Usability issues and Proxy errors – 12/01/22
CUNY/CIS has resolved the usability and proxy errors that were affecting CUNYfirst Campus Solutions.
STATA License updated
There is a new STATA license available for use at the Dropbox link.
Phone System issue, November 10th, 9:45am
4-digit extension calls from the North Campus to the South Campus are not currently working. Calls from South Campus to North Campus are working. Calls to South Campus from external numbers are working. Users who need to call South Campus from North Campus can use the 10-digit number to place the call at this time. We are investigating.
Server maintenance, Thursdays, 7:30-9am
BCTC is implementing regular server updates on Thursday mornings from 7:30-9am. This will only affect on-campus servers. There may be brief (approx. 5 minute) disruption of services as systems restart.
Access to Minitab for all Baruch faculty, staff and students is now available by going to https://licensing.minitab.com and logging in with your CUNY Login credentials. You can download the Windows version or use the browser app on MacOS, Linux or Mobile.
Update: CUNY has completed the Mathematica license renewal and the product should now be working normally.
